- I don’t decorate slides with frameworks no one lives.
- I don’t make noise for likes.
I don’t work for hierarchies — I work with people. I create space for ownership, trust, clarity and friction. Whether as an agile coach, digital & AI enabler, or just someone who gives a damn about doing things better.
