As someone certified in Digital Transformation and an experienced Agile Coach, I’ve seen firsthand how transformation can propel organizations forward. But I’ve also seen what happens when culture is overlooked—it becomes the biggest barrier to success.

In many cases, organizations mix countless frameworks and methodologies without any clear logic. They claim, “We’re Agile!” but in reality, they’re far from it. Agile isn’t about shouting slogans—it’s about creating a mindset and culture where teams are empowered, trust is fostered, and innovation thrives.

Now, we’re entering a new phase: the rise of AI Transformation. I believe AI is the natural next step, building on the flexibility of Agile and the efficiency of Digital. But like every transformation before it, success with AI will depend on how we engage and motivate people to embrace change.
