After a lot of dedicated effort (and a lot of fun!), I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new platform dedicated to Designing Conscious Transformation: FutureOrg.digital!
This project is my contribution to the conversation around the future of work. It focuses on the connected elements needed for organizations to thrive today: agility, digitalization, AI, and conscious leadership. My core message is simple: Transform smarter, Lead braver, Build the future.
A Human-Centered Approach to AI Transformation
FutureOrg.digital is built on the concept of Human-Centered Transformation, driven by a suite of Custom GPT Assistants I’ve created.
I wanted to make complex topics immediately accessible, so each assistant is introduced by a short, AI-based video explainer, generated using HeyGen. This allowed me to create high-quality, focused introductions to key areas like:
- AI Navigator: Your guide to a human-centered approach to AI and business value.
- No BS Agile: Focused, pragmatic advice for achieving impact without the hype.
- No BS Transformation: A framework to cut through the noise and drive real, lasting change.

This is just the start! I look forward to building out the full ecosystem, adding more assistants, and sharing my insights on the FutureOrg Blog soon.
