I’m not here to implement tools. I’m here to change systems.
I don’t work for hierarchies, I work with people. I build spaces for autonomy, responsibility and collaboration – whether as an whether as an agile coach, digital leader or AI enabler.
I combine the best of three worlds:
- Agility
- Digital structure
- AI-based assistance.
I am not afraid of complexity – I I structure it, explain it and make it usable.
I have worked in five countries and experienced more transformation than some managers simulate on 100 slides.
I help teams to write their own manifesto – because I believe in collective intelligence, because I believe in collective intelligence.
And I never stop learning because the future doesn’t wait.
Why is everything here in English?
Because I work across borders – not just ZIP codes.
Because .digital
doesn’t mean .de
.
Because transformation is a global conversation.
I’m Dutch, not German. I think in frameworks, not flags.
And if someone doesn’t understand that… they might not be ready for what’s next.
