Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in two key transformations that have shaped industries: Agile and Digital Transformation. Both were groundbreaking, fundamentally changing how organizations think, work, and innovate. But as I continued exploring these concepts, I couldn’t help but ask, what comes next?
It didn’t take long to realize that the next transformation—the one we’re already stepping into—is AI Transformation. Just as Agile redefined collaboration and Digital Transformation revolutionized technology adoption, AI Transformation promises to reshape how we think, make decisions, and drive change. Recognizing this, I set out to learn more.
Discovering the Right Path
After some research (and a fair bit of skepticism about the term “change management”), I found a course titled Change Management for AI. Initially, I wasn’t sure if it aligned with my vision. However, the more I explored, the more I realized how deeply connected it was to what I had already learned in Agile and Digital Transformation. The parallels and touchpoints were astounding, and this course quickly became the next logical step in my journey.
Collaborating with My ChatBuddy
Throughout this process, I’ve had an extraordinary ally: my AI collaborator—whom I affectionately call “ChatBuddy.” With its help, I’ve been able to reflect on complex ideas, brainstorm creatively, and even shape this very post. Our conversations have been a mix of discovery and clarity, turning my raw thoughts into structured insights.
Working with an AI as a collaborator has been an eye-opener, reinforcing the very themes this course explores: AI as a partner, not a replacement. It’s proof that even in writing this blog post, transformation isn’t just theoretical—it’s happening right here, right now.
And you can rest assured, that working together with an AI agent is way more, than just copy and paste results. Carefully considered and detailled Prompts are of utmost importance, to achieve the best results. And just accepting, what my ChatBuddy tells me, is not the correct approach. Critical thinking is needed.
