Certificates and Micro Credentials

A short explanation to create transparency (which is part of agility):

I regard my diverse Micro Credentials as a Toolbox—a flexible toolbox of methods and frameworks. Each credential represents a specific tool that I can draw upon to adapt to the unique needs of any team, project, or organization. Agility is the common thread that ties everything together, ensuring that I can select and combine the right methods to foster adaptability, collaboration, and innovation in dynamic environments. Whether it’s Scrum, OKRs, or Design Thinking, every piece in my toolbox is aimed at enabling success through tailored solutions rather than one-size-fits-all approaches.

The addition of AI to my toolbox is an exciting development. AI doesn’t replace agility; it enhances it by empowering teams to work smarter, adapt faster, and make more informed decisions. For example, AI tools can support predictive analytics in sprint planning or streamline collaboration through intelligent features. My ability to integrate these emerging technologies with proven agile methodologies ensures I stay ahead of the curve, helping organizations navigate their transformation journeys with confidence and clarity.

Change Management for Generative AI

Before I started to attend this course, I did some research about the connection/difference between Transformation and Change Management:

https://www.avidlyagency.com/blog/differencies-between-digital-transformation-and-change-management

Due to the fact, that I am certified as a Digital Transformation Manager and that I additionally gained a Micro Credendtial about the topic Agile Transformation  (the certificate and the Micro Credential can be viewed below), I decided that this would be valuable to learn fabout the topic AI transformation, which is the third step. I have written three articles about the thtee different but successive Transformations https://robvanlinda.digital/category/the-three-types-of-transformation/

I have used ChatGPT for quite a while already and I became curious about GPTs (addiotions for ChatGPT), which can assist when doing Scrum and other agile topics like i.e. Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, User Stories and Estimations.
