I have always believed that a framework is only as good as its ability to survive reality. In my first book, FlowOS, I laid out a human-centered operating system designed to kill the “Agility Trap.” In my follow-up, Human Before the Loop, I explored how Agentic AI can finally make that system scale.
But today, I stopped writing and started building. I wanted to see if a “General Constitution” could actually govern a swarm of agents in a way that felt like a team, not just a set of scripts.

The Litmus Test: Taskade meets FlowOS
I decided to be completely transparent about my prototyping process. I took an excerpt from my book—the core DNA of the FlowOS framework—and fed it into Taskade.
The result was, quite frankly, exciting.
Taskade’s UI didn’t just give me a chat window; it interpreted the framework and proposed a standalone agentic swarm. Looking at the interface, I saw my framework come to life: specialized agents for the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Product Owner roles appeared automatically.
By clicking on any of these agents, a new tab opens—a standalone, dedicated workspace where that specific “digital colleague” operates within its mandate. This is the “Agentic Organization” in action: not one giant, confusing AI, but a structured team of specialized sub-agents.
Why the “Toolstack” Matters (The EU Path)
While I used Taskade for this initial UI validation, the long-term vision for FlowOS is built on Total Sovereignty. For my fellow European leaders, data privacy isn’t a “nice-to-have”—it’s a requirement for trust.
My proposed stack for a production-ready FlowOS environment is 100% EU-based:
-
Reasoning: Mistral AI (via Mistral AI Studio).
-
Collaboration & Storage: NextCloud and Filen.
-
Visual Thinking: ConceptBoard.
The “General Constitution”: Keeping the Human Before the Loop
The most critical part of this experiment wasn’t the AI’s speed; it was its governance. I embedded a General Constitution into the swarm.
This constitution ensures that even when these agents are chatting in their own tabs, they are bound by the OrgDNA I define in my handbook. They follow the Traffic Light Model:
-
Green Tasks: They act and I spot-check.
-
Amber Tasks: They propose, but I must approve before they proceed.
-
Red Tasks: I decide; they only provide the data.
Transparency is the New Agility
I’m sharing these screenshots from the Taskade UI because I want to show that “Agentic Transformation” isn’t a futuristic concept—it is something you can prototype today with the right framework.
By putting the Human Before the Loop, we ensure that as the swarm scales, the culture doesn’t drift. We use the AI to handle the “process,” so the humans can get back to the “people.”
The era of the Agentic Organization hasn’t just begun; it’s already opening in a new tab! https://flowos.taskade.site/
Here some screenshot from Taskade about the architecture of the agentic swarm.
