I discovered a new agile framework named Disciplined Agile Delivery. It triggered me and I started researching. What I line about it, is the human focussed approach. Another cool feature is the fact that is it scalable. But less overblown and hierarchical and mor agile than SAFe 🙂
I found a FREE course (halleluja! 😉 ) on Udemy. Free coures don’t include a proof of attending.
For being a man, who likes to explore multiple possibilities, I had the idea to combine this framework with other frameworks like Scrum and tools like OKRs.
