Change Management for Generative AI

Before I started to attend this course, I did some research about the connection/difference between Transformation and Change Management:

https://www.avidlyagency.com/blog/differencies-between-digital-transformation-and-change-management

Due to the fact, that I am certified as a Digital Transformation Manager and that I additionally gained a Micro Credendtial about the topic Agile Transformation  (the certificate and the Micro Credential can be viewed below), I decided that this would be valuable to learn fabout the topic AI transformation, which is the third step. I have written three articles about the thtee different but successive Transformations https://robvanlinda.digital/category/the-three-types-of-transformation/

Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT

This was an extensive, but very exciting course, during which I learned diverse approaches who to perfom prompt egineering effective. By the way, it was a lot of fun as wel 🙂 I have created a new category, where I write an excerpt of my course https://robvanlinda.digital/category/prompt-engineering/

Trustworthy Generative AI

In our current world, I regard it as of utmost importance, to make sure that the results, based on AI are trustworthy, an this is why I have attended a Vanderbilt course, about this topic.

OpenAI GPTs: Creating Your Own Custom AI Assistants

This one was quite a demanding course ad the total opposite of many tutorials about how to create a custom GPT. My scope for attending this course, it my Idea, to create custom AI agents for the three kinds of Transformations. Agile-, Digital and AI Transformation.

AI for Project Managers and Scrum Masters

I have used ChatGPT for quite a while already and I became curious about GPTs (addiotions for ChatGPT), which can assist when doing Scrum and other agile topics like i.e. Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, User Stories and Estimations. To get a more profound and deeper insight, I have chosen this course.

My titor for this course was Kelley O’Connell. Agile Expert, Trainer, and Coach
