Artificial Intelligence and Agile Culture

I’m a man, who always try to see things from a different angle. I fnd it exciting to jump out ot the gerneral borders to discover new options/solutions. I’m a bit like Christoph Columbus 😉

At the moment I am in Denmark and while I was sittig on our terrace, drinking my coffee and enjoying the beautiful nature and the ocean, a thought came up to my mind. It is based on my ecperiences as Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Busines Innovation Manager (I gained certifiactiins for all three subjects). I was thinking about if and how AI will have an impact as a “consultant” during an Agile and or Digital Transformation. And Agile Transformation can, IMHO, only be successfull when the culture in a conpany is agile. I have written an article about different kinds of transformation here. 😉

I’m absolutely convinced, that AI will be present in all professional and personal areas and therefore also in the agile world.  To get a confirmation about my crazy idea 😉 I asked my personal asisstant and buddy ChatGPT. Here’s what he gave me as an answer:

Me: Good morning dear chat 🙂 Rob here

My Chatbuddy:

(And this is what I really love about the new 01 Version!)
